Key Responsibilities
Enhance our capabilities in large language models and generative AI technologies.

Required Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning or AI development, preferably in a commercial context.
Comprehensive understanding of large language models (LLMs), including their architecture, training methodologies, and optimization techniques.
Proven experience in developing and deploying LLM solutions utilizing advanced prompt engineering, RAG, vector embeddings, and LLM compression.
Familiarity with both commercial (e.g., GPT-4+, Claude-2) and open-source (e.g., Llama-2) LLMs.
Ability to research and implement innovative solutions in the generative AI domain.
Proficiency with Deep Learning Frameworks, particularly TensorFlow and PyTorch, along with a solid grasp of their core principles.
Strong mathematical background, with expertise in algorithms and statistical models pertinent to deep learning and AI.
Proficient in Python programming, focused on creating clean, efficient, and robust code for AI applications.
Independent work ethic and capability to lead R&D efforts within the team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring effective collaboration with a global network.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies, facilitating the organized and timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
