They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager – Tech to lead recruitment efforts for key technical roles that will shape the future of mobility.
Role Overview
As the Talent Acquisition Manager – Tech, you will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top technical talent to drive innovation in the automotive industry. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies and ensure the successful placement of candidates for highly specialized technical roles. With a hybrid work model offering 2 remote days per week, this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, transformative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including software engineers, AI specialists, and hardware engineers focused on automotive solutions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and define role requirements.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in a highly competitive market.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and job boards.
• Oversee the candidate experience, ensuring seamless communication and a professional hiring process.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and data to improve processes, track performance, and ensure timely hiring.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking sessions to enhance employer branding.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on hiring for technical roles in the automotive or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of recruiting for specialized technical positions, including software development, AI, and engineering roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and hiring managers.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the automotive or mobility sectors is highly desirable.
• Right to work in Germany (relocation assistance available).
