NET CMS Developer

Freelance - 3 month duration

Fully remote

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain CMS-based web applications using .NET frameworks.
Implement, integrate, and optimize content management systems (e.g., Umbraco, Sitecore, Kentico, or similar).
Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance and usability.
Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in CMS and .NET development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
Experience with at least one CMS platform, such as Umbraco or Optimizely
Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and API integration.
Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
Proficient in database design and management using SQL Server or similar.
Experience with source control tools like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

Experience with headless CMS implementations.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
