Job Summary
As a Business Development Expert, you will play a vital role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the Fintech and Regtech sectors. Operating in a remote capacity, you will focus on building relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that convert prospects into long-term partners. This role directly contributes to revenue growth and strengthens the company's presence in Lithuania and the broader EU region.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Closure
- Take ownership of closing deals and securing commitments from potential clients in the Fintech and Regtech domains
- Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Marketing, to understand client requirements and align on strategies
- Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to customer
- Sales Techniques
- Employ effective sales and negotiation strategies to address objections and finalize agreements
- Product Knowledge
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
- Reporting
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
