What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented Service Administrator to be part of our dynamic team.
Your Mission
Manage Service Administration to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Set up and maintain user access for tools and systems.
Handle license issuing and ensure proper tracking and renewals.
Collaborate with service providers and integrators to resolve issues and improve services.
Provide friendly and efficient user assistance, helping team members navigate tools and resolve issues.
What Are Your Skills And Experience
Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Office 365.
Experience managing SharePoint website collections and building automations.
A strong interest in automation, including the ability to write automation scripts.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
Russian language at a native or bilingual level.
Nice To Have
Experience working with and administering tools like Slack and Jira.
Knowledge of integrating systems and tools.
A knack for multitasking, strong organizational skills, and a focus on results and quality.
