What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented Service Administrator to be part of our dynamic team.

Your Mission

  • Manage Service Administration to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
  • Set up and maintain user access for tools and systems.
  • Handle license issuing and ensure proper tracking and renewals.
  • Collaborate with service providers and integrators to resolve issues and improve services.
  • Provide friendly and efficient user assistance, helping team members navigate tools and resolve issues.

What Are Your Skills And Experience

  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Office 365.
  • Experience managing SharePoint website collections and building automations.
  • A strong interest in automation, including the ability to write automation scripts.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
  • Russian language at a native or bilingual level.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working with and administering tools like Slack and Jira.
  • Knowledge of integrating systems and tools.
  • A knack for multitasking, strong organizational skills, and a focus on results and quality.
