For a world-leading technology and cybersecurity company in the USA, we are looking for a TRILINGUAL engineer specializing in customer success, account management, solutions architecture, consulting, and relationship management network security.

Mandatory requirements for this position:


  • Advanced English (Preferred C1-C2, Minimum level B2) - Essential.
  • Advanced or native Spanish.
  • Professional experience in customer success, account management, solutions architecture, consulting, or relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a major in Cybersecurity, Network Telecommunications or Computer Systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, providers (such as GCP, AWS, Azure) and use-cases.
  • Familiarity with attack surface management.
  • Experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager.
  • Preferably experience and/or knowledge of Palo Alto products such as CORTEX - XDR XSOAR XSIAM (is a plus).
  • Experience in similar positions between 3 to 5 years.
  • Experience with development and maintenance of scripts in Python, JavaScript or PowerShell is a plus.
  • Experience in security design and architecture, content development and workload automation.
  • Experience with technologies such as EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW and their ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, providers (such as GCP, AWS, Azure) and use-cases.
  • Experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager.



Skills Required:

  • Intellectually curious and quick to learn new technical topics.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide guidance and assistance to the team to enable effective customer deployment and customization of their platforms throughout the customer life cycle to ensure quick and successful product.


Product Experts - Ensure the team acts as the product SME, assisting customers with their product questions and technical requirements, writing scripts, troubleshooting, training and other technical requests.


Collaboration - Working together with product and engineering teams ensuring our customers and partners get the most out of our products.


Digital First - Ensure technical knowledge of the team is translated into articles and guides for our customers to consume allowing our customer coverage to scale.
