Role: AI/ML Engineer - Based in Romania (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities:

• At least 3 years experience on AI/ML area;
• Implement machine learning models developed by data scientists into production-grade systems.
• Deploy and maintain ML models in cloud or on-premise environments.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Design, build, and maintain automated ML pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
• Work with Data Engineers to integrate models into data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists to understand and translate algorithms into production-ready code.
• Partner with software engineers to integrate ML models into existing products and platforms.
• Continuously monitor models in production and ensure performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Implement model retraining pipelines and monitor for data drift or model degradation.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation.
• Follow MLOps best practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks in machine learning, AI, and cloud platforms
