Senior Software Engineer with GenAI experience in CZECHIA

What we are looking for:

• You can rapidly build and iterate on MVPs, improving solutions based on user feedback.
• Track record of shipping high-quality code and owning critical system components.
• Comfortable taking ownership of complex systems and critical components.
• Technical Expertise:
• Python and TypeScript (expert level).
• Backend frameworks: Nest.js, FastAPI (expert level in either one).
• AI/LLM Frameworks: Experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LlamaIndex, or LangChain.
• Experience building and fine-tuning RAG-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques.
• 4+ years production experience as a software engineer
• 2+ years building solutions with LLMs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related field.

• Code Screening: 1-hour coding assignment.
• Technical Interview: 1-hour deep dive into your skills and experience.
• Behavioural Interview: 30-minute discussion about culture fit and your approach to problem-solving.

Compensation:

• Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.
• Stock Options: 0.25 - 0.5% equity participation.
