Responsibilities
- Email-service: Golang, MongoDB
- Managing email data
- Backend Monolith/Notification Service: Kotlin, MongoDB
- Handles actual email sending and personalization
- Using several external providers to send emails (REST APIs & SMTP)
- Link tracking: Rust, NATS, (Redis)
- Experimental service to create personalized link tracking (very limited scope for now)
- Email Analytics: Golang, NATS, ClickHouse
- Aggregate, store and present analytics data to the users.
Requirements
Must have:
- Go
- SQL
- English: minimum B2

- On a soft skills level, candidates should demonstrate the ability to break down tasks into small, iterative steps while maintaining a strong focus on delivering outcomes that provide customer value
- Working in Scrum environment (daily standup, retrospective, planning)
- Active participation in refinements of initiatives and broken down user stories
- Working together with other Scrum roles (product manager, scrum master, developers and designers)
- Skilled in automated and manual testing
- Working together in a collaborative manner
- Experience in estimations with fibonacci sequences
- Advanced English skills to effectively participate in complex engineering discussion
