What You’ll Do💡 Test Planning & Design
- Create and prioritize detailed test plans, test specifications, and test cases.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage to align with product and client goals.
🧪 Test Execution & Automation
- Perform manual and automated testing (unit, integration, functional, regression, and end-to-end).
- Use Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Test REST APIs (Flask) for backend functionality and data flow validation.
🤝 Agile Collaboration
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Work closely with Tech Leads, Project Managers, Designers, and Developers.
📄 Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain clear, traceable test cases linked to requirements.
- Deliver quality reports, including defect metrics and recommendations, to Project Managers.
- Document testing environments, tools, and strategies.
🔄 Continuous Improvement
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and propose solutions.
- Suggest enhancements for product functionality, usability, and performance.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and strategies.
What We’re Looking For🛠 Technical Skills
- Expertise in Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with REST API testing tools like Postman or automated frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions.
- Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Bonus: Experience with Playwright, or similar tools.
