Position: Regional Business Development Manager

We are searching for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Business Development Managers. In this role, you will not only enhance the beauty of our clients but also play a pivotal role in changing their lives for the better.
- Developing Eufora Brand Recognition: Increase brand loyalty and awareness in the beauty industry.
- Acquisition of New Premier Salons: Identify and secure partnerships with top-tier salons.
- Growth Strategies for Existing Salons: Implement effective strategies to enhance the performance and profitability of our current salon partners.
Responsibilities:
- Create a powerful, trusting relationship with salon owners, their management and stylists
- Territory management inclusive of both existing and new business development
- Maintain and court a strong funnel of potential new business and meet new business goals
- Work closely with EVP of Sales to determine and execute sell-in and sell-through strategies
- Deliver the highest quality in-salon brand presentations
- Coordinate the successful launch and support plans for new salons and retail accounts
- Sell in new products to existing salons
- Achieve individual revenue goals by educating and consulting with the salon owners, managers, and stylists
- Strategize retail segment sales through merchandising and promotional activity
- Manage a systematic meeting schedule for assigned accounts
- Manage and oversee strategic education plans for each focus account in the territory
- Promote, plan, coordinate, and assist in the execution of regional and national company-sponsored, business development and educational events
- Attend all company-provided meetings and trainings’
- Overnight travel of approximately 40%
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Direct Salon Professional outside sales and Salon industry experience required (or related B to B sales experience)
- Exceptional communication, project management, organizational, and presentation skills
- Goal and success-driven with a high acumen to develop new business
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and analytical thinking skills
- Competitive and collaborative
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Excel and the ability to learn new programs such as CRM systems
