We are seeking an experienced Full Stack engineer to join our team on a freelance basis. This role offers flexibility, with no confirmed load, making it ideal for someone looking to contribute 4-8 hours per day. The role involves working on various stages of the project lifecycle, providing technical audits, code reviews, and occasional mentorship for junior developers.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React/TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Development Skills: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, design principles, and core architectural patterns.
- Best Practices: Proficient in design, coding, unit testing, and configuration management.
- Communication: Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Mindset: Service-oriented approach with a focus on delivering value.
Responsibilities:
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Design and develop prototypes to validate concepts and support pre-sales activities.
- Solution Development: Create well-designed, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a Lean/Agile environment, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with client visionaries and stakeholders to gather and define user requirements, establish system architecture, and deliver successful customer service and project outcomes.
- Technical Audits: Conduct in-depth technical audits of projects to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
- Team and Competency Development (Optional): Participate in mentoring team members, conducting candidate interviews, and performing performance reviews to support team growth.
- Mentee Support: Provide guidance and support to mentees to help them grow their skills and achieve their professional goals.
