Software Engineer (Full Stack) in INDONESIA

We are looking for a software engineer for our client based in KL. This is a fully remote role.

Description of Company

A consumer insights intelligence company, where users of the platform can craft questionnaires, send them out to a representative population of respondents in most countries in the world, and then conduct analysis on the results gathered directly within the platform as well.

Your day-to-day:

You will be implementing features on a 2-monthly schedule with each spec agreed and signed off upon before you start work on them, so the business logic is clear, and unknowns / undefined behaviour will be minimised.

We are a remote-first company, so all rituals are done online, and we typically default to writing documentation / threads in slack instead of calls, so most information is searchable / visible within slack. That being said, sometimes we still do calls when it’s faster to discuss, but these are normally done with a pre-read.

All features to be implemented will be fullstack, including both frontend and backend, where the frontend will have a wireframe and hi-fi design in Figma from our in-house designer, whom you can reference and grab for discussion if needed.

You should have:

1. Demonstrated (either source code or project link) capability in:
2. JavaScript / TypeScript / VueJS / NodeJS
3. Worked with MongoDB before.
4. Worked with GraphQL before.
5. Implemented serverless functions before.

Plus points if you have:

1. Worked with Nuxt before.
2. Worked with specifically Serverless Framework and AWS Lambda / Cloudflare Workers.
3. Have worked with the cluster / threads modules in NodeJS, or otherwise worked on methods to move computationally-intense calculations / operations off the main thread.
4. Have worked with other Cloudflare services other than Cloudflare Workers (KV, R2, Stream etc).
5. Have experience with AWS and Docker.
