Boxaroo is a rapidly growing platform that is automating the global Promotional Products industry. We work with clients like Google, TikTok, Amazon, Spotify, Visa and so on to produce company-branded merch for their marketing teams, event teams and their employees. We make it easier for them to do this by removing all the friction involved in sourcing and producing their company merch! We also provide automated fulfilment and warehousing services, so customers can store this merch at our warehouses and ship it anywhere in the world using our platform. LOCATION

This role is fully remote. You will visit our office in Spain from time to time. After 2 years at the company, if you are interested, the company can support you in your move to our offices in Spain or Singapore. If not, you can continue to be remote.


IDEAL PROFILE

This is an exciting hands-on role, which will require a combination of B2B sales and customer management skills. It requires someone who is hungry, and is ready to roll their sleeves up and do whatever needs to be done to keep customers happy and coming back to us for their merch needs. You need to have a strong, fluent command of the English Language, and have an energetic and positive presence in virtual meetings and phone calls.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be ruthlessly efficient at converting new inbounds enquiries into customers by building trust and identifying solutions for their business.
  • Hit a monthly revenue target composed of leads assigned to you.
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via Hubspot.
  • Manage and document sales activity to drive business growth along with process improvements.
  • Provide day-to-day account management support for existing customers, by solving their problems and helping them use our platform efficiently.
  • Be a champion for the customer internally, and coordinate with our Operations and Logistics team to provide support to customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2+ years of working in customer-facing roles in a B2B environment in the software/tech industry, preferably SaaS.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • Must be able to think critically and analytically.
  • An efficient communicator in the English language.
  • Strong sense of presence in both virtual meetings and offline meetings.
  • A growth mindset is very important. Be willing to learn and grow every day, and enjoy challenges that come your way.
  • Must be motivated, hungry, empathetic.
