Plan, execute, and oversee projects using best practices and methodologies;
Work closely with team leads, tech leads, product owners and product teams to allocate tasks and ensure smooth collaboration and meeting the deadlines;
Ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle execution for all stakeholders;
Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans and status reports;
Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements;
Facilitate key team events and ensure clear communication across stakeholders;
Anticipate risks and resolve challenges during project execution.
Requirements
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation skills for effectively conducting work sessions and meetings;
Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, solving problems and achieving goals;
Experience in analyzing and optimizing existing processes to improve efficiency and team performance;
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) is a plus.
