Key Responsibilities
Design architecture, implement, and maintain the infrastructure.
Working with Engineers and Managers on the operational requirements of software solutions, a software infrastructure platform
Collaborate with development teams to improve the reliability, performance, availability, and security of products.
Participants in various meetings, and contribute to ideas relevant to the product roadmap with a strong understanding of future customers and their desires.
Monitor and fix bugs to ensure that customers can use the application as expected.
Create technical documentation and communicate clearly across the product team.
Support team members to review, give feedback, and onboard.
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience as an SRE or cloud infrastructure engineer.
Experience in multi-tenancy architecture with Kubernetes.
Professional-level AWS and Azure familiarity
Deep knowledge of databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Vector DB)
Experience in utilizing infrastructure as code solutions.
Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills or technologies effectively.
Ability to multitask and retain a high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Business-level English skills (speaking/listening/writing/reading)
Communication skills to work cooperatively in a remote team.
Desirable Experiences
Server-side programming familiarity with Node.js, Ruby, or Rust.
Experience in developing applications with AI services.
