About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Manager who can help shape and implement our clients’ social strategies across Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, with Twitter as the top priority. You’ll have a hand in everything from planning campaigns and scheduling posts to monitoring results and reporting on performance. Your goal? Drive meaningful engagement, spark conversations, and keep audiences informed and excited about what’s happening in the world of crypto and Web3.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategize & Execute: Collaborate with our team to define social media plans, then turn those plans into action by posting compelling content and keeping channels fresh.
- Optimize Performance: Track key metrics, analyze trends, and use insights to refine our approach, ensuring each campaign resonates with our target audience.
- Engage the Community: Respond to comments, interact with followers, and foster a welcoming, informative presence on all platforms.
- Report & Improve: Prepare regular performance reports and use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for growth and better engagement.
What You Bring:
- Experience: About 3 years managing social media channels, with a strong focus on Twitter. Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok is a must.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English, able to speak to a diverse, global audience.
- Crypto Know-How: Knowledge of the crypto and Web3 space is essential for crafting content that’s timely, relevant, and authentic.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using analytics tools to measure performance and identify improvement areas.
