Role Overview:
A leading telecom company is looking for a Head of AI with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead their AI initiatives. In this role, you will manage a team of data scientists and engineers to develop, deploy, and optimise AI-driven customer service solutions, focusing on LLM-powered chatbots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and deployment of LLM-based chatbots (GPT-4, T5, BERT).
- Apply AI advancements to improve customer service and solve key challenges.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to integrate AI solutions.
- Ensure scalable, high-performance models for real-time customer interactions.
- Mentor and manage the AI team, driving innovation in telecom AI solutions.
What My Client is Looking For:
- 7+ years in AI/ML, with expertise in LLMs and NLP.
- Strong leadership in AI projects, preferably in telecom or customer service.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Ability to explain AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
