1-2 years of experience in Sales industry or business development in crypto and web3
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and professional approach.
Understanding the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
What will you do?
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify key players in the crypto ecosystem, including token projects, exchanges, and other digital asset platforms.
Outbound Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages to initiate conversations with decision-makers.
Qualify Leads: Understand the needs and objectives of prospective clients
Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships Teams: Work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and other sales team members to ensure alignment in messaging and approach.
Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track, report, and manage leads to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
Industry Research: Stay up-to-date on trends, regulations, and developments in the crypto and blockchain industry, particularly regarding token listings.
