As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in fostering a supportive environment where your team can thrive while meeting both personal and team objectives.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of AU Financial Services experience.
  • Strong background in Customer Account Management.
  • Lead the team and ensure that it is delivering top-tier service while managing priorities efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring your team's success

What will you do?

  • Leading a dynamic team of Customer Assist Consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Managing inbound and outbound customer email queries and ensuring that customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Overseeing the creation of new customer records and ongoing account administration, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial, taxation, and privacy legislation across all customer interactions and processes.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members, encouraging continuous learning and skill development to enhance both individual and team performance.
  • Maintaining high levels of team motivation and engagement, while driving performance through regular feedback, performance reviews, and team-building initiatives.
