We are looking for experienced Data Scientists to join our client’s team in Barcelona, Warsaw, or Virginia, and collaborate with an innovative tech startup focused on accelerating growth for mobile app businesses worldwide.


This is a fully remote role! Enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a dynamic, mission-driven team across various time zones. Every quarter, we gather in Barcelona for in-person workshops, giving you a chance to connect with the team face-to-face. It’s an ideal opportunity if you're based outside!


Push the boundaries of data science, transforming data insights into production-ready solutions for a global impact!


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights; solve complex data challenges autonomously
  • Develop full-cycle data science solutions, from analysis and model development to deployment, prioritizing scalability and performance for ad targeting, bid optimization, and campaign analytics
  • Work closely with technical and business teams to translate needs into data-driven solutions, focusing on ad effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)
  • Maintain and enhance existing data pipelines and machine learning models within ad-tech, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness to market trends


Core Skills & Experience:

  • Educational background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
  • At least 3 years in data science, preferably product-oriented, with 2+ years in AdTech
  • Advanced skills in Python and SQL, with experience using data manipulation tools like PySpark and Pandas
  • Expertise in cloud services (e.g., AWS) and deep neural network (DNN) training libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Hydra, Comet, TensorFlow)
  • Strong statistical modeling, machine learning, and analytical skills for deriving insights from complex data
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for cross-functional collaboration
