We're seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer to lead a flagship Driver App project, leveraging the cutting-edge .NET MAUI framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the development of our flagship Driver App, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from initial design to deployment and ongoing maintenance
• Architect and implement robust solutions using .NET MAUI, ensuring optimal performance across multiple platforms
• Integrate complex RESTful APIs, creating seamless connections between our app and backend services
• Lead by example, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the app's development with business objectives and user needs
• Implement and maintain secure authentication protocols to protect sensitive user data • Continuously optimize the app for performance, stability, and user experience What You'll Bring to the Table:
• Deep expertise in .NET MAUI, C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework Core, with a proven track record of delivering polished mobile applications
• Strong architectural background, able to design scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Extensive experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them into mobile applications
• Proficiency in implementing secure authentication protocols, particularly OIDC and OAuth 2.0
• A passion for creating high-performing, robust mobile applications that delight users
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire other developers
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
