Senior CRM Functional Analyst (relocation to Belgium) in PORTUGAL

We are seeking a Senior CRM Functional Analyst willing to relocate to or currently located in Brussels, Belgium.


You will work closely with sales teams to understand business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement them effectively on the CRM platform. This role requires expertise in optimizing CRM tools, specifically Microsoft Dynamics Sales, to align with organizational goals and enhance sales performance.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into functional analyses (user stories) and document them.
  • Implement and coordinate CRM solutions, primarily using Microsoft Dynamics Sales.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to define functional specifications and oversee implementation.
  • Provide guidance to software engineers during development and ensure adherence to functional requirements.
  • Test solutions in integrated environments using Agile methodology and support customer testing.
  • Assist in release management processes and ensure successful rollouts.
  • Proactively identify and propose solutions for potential issues and process optimizations.
  • Evaluate the impact of system changes and report any concerns or risks.
  • Share lessons learned and continuously develop expertise through self-learning.


Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance and impact analysis.
  • Test solutions from an end-user perspective.
  • Prepare user documentation and reports.
  • Implement and promote best practices in software development.
  • Provide expert advice and support during solution implementations.
  • Create user manuals and provide training where needed.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a CRM Analyst with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CE or Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of CRM Sales projects, sales processes, and integrations.
  • Proficient in CRM configurations (e.g., workflows, dashboards, entity creation).
  • Knowledge of third-party integrations (e.g., APIs, ETL tools).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant CRM or Agile certifications are a plus.


Non-Technical Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Effective multitasking capabilities with minimal supervision.
