Director of IT / Group IT Manager - Relocation to Dubai - Must relocate 🇦🇪

We're partnered with an innovative business in Dubai, developing tech solutions combining AI, powered by Data Insights, to help businesses develop, scale and grow from the early-stages of their journey. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a crucial role for our client's growth 🚀

If you have a background in digital transformations, setting up and managing IT Infra and have a real passion for AI, this one is for you.

We're looking for an up and coming, hungry IT Manager that strives to implement efficient processes across Networking, Infrastructure, Hardware and Software. The ideal candidate will be a real tech-minded individual, capable of fixing hardware issues, implementing processes and increasing organisational efficiency through technology.

Salary:

AED 30k - AED 40k per month (circa €90,000 - €120,000 per year tax-free)

Relocation Package, VISA and Medical Insurance provided

What You'll Do:

• Lead AI and automation initiatives across multiple departments
• Own the end-to-end IT environment
• Manage IT infrastructure, including cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
• Implement and optimize business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) across locations
• Develop data-driven insights and reporting systems
• Oversee hardware, software and networking
• Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships
• Lead IT projects, budgets, and a high-performing team
• Identify gaps to optimize performance across IT in the organization and implement them

What You'll Need:

• 5-8 years of experience ideally (max 10 years) working in IT
• Strong technical background in infrastructure, network, automation
• Proven experience leading teams
• Experience with retail IT systems and multi-location deployments (preferred)
• Excellent strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Forward thinking mindset - extreme passion for all things AI and IT
• Extensive knowledge of ERP and CRM
• Proven skills in stakeholder management, vendor negotiations and project management
• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields
