software projects for space mission simulation.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
In our team you will design and develop software for the simulation of space missions. You will join a multidisciplinary team with a development-oriented profile, and you will perform the following tasks:
- Design of software systems representing different elements of a space mission from a scientific payload point of view.
- Development and unit testing in C/C++ of the different components of space mission performance simulators, with emphasis on performance.
- Development and unit testing in C/C++ of other simulation support functionalities.
- Integration and orchestration of algorithms in a unitary application.
- System testing.
- Communication of validation results and error correction.
- Support for the maintenance of software infrastructures (server administration, continuous integration, GIT, dockers, etc).
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for
software engineers with experience developing with C++ on Linux. We would like you to have experience in:
- Software engineering experience
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming
- Working experience in GIT, Dockers and Unix server administration
- Experience in developing complex software applications
We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in:
- IT project management
- Space application development
- Matlab and/or Python
- Experience in software benchmarking and performance optimisation.
