Responsibilities
Solve complex challenges to uncover customer insights and drive product adoption.
Leverage quantitative analysis, data mining, and machine learning to develop models that shape product strategy and priorities.
Develop machine learning pipelines that support data-driven decision-making.
Partner with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design to ensure strategic, data-informed choices.
Lead and mentor team members, driving ML-powered features on our Digital Customer Platform.
Minimum Qualifications
BS or MS or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
5+ years of experience designing and deploying machine learning solutions.
Expertise in Large Language Models (e.g., RAG, Generative AI) and NLP.
Strong proficiency in SQL/NoSQL, big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and programming (Python preferred).
Experience with data science tools (Pandas, Jupyter, TensorFlow) and machine learning techniques.
Cloud computing experience (AWS) and familiarity with MLOps.
