The Role - Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates qualifications and fit & assist in CV screening
Review past applicants on the ATS and generate lists of potential candidates for various roles which senior recruiters and hiring managers are working on
Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build lists of potential candidates by going through LinkedIn profiles
Coordinate interviews, ensuring necessary arrangements are made
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers, providing updates on the status of candidates and the overall recruitment process
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
Conduct research and stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and recruitment tools and technologies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or any TA related role
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
