The Job
- Prospecting and acquiring new agency partnerships through outbound outreach;
- Demonstrating strong sales tenacity to drive conversions from prospects to clients;
- Ensuring reliable onboarding processes to facilitate seamless client integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Spotify ad products, effectively identifying and matching the right solution and buying channel for each advertising client;
- Perform ad sales by crafting lead generation and outreach strategies, making cold calls, conducting discovery, delivering pitches, advising on marketing strategies, responding to and negotiating RFPs, creating media plans, and overcoming objections for both warm and cold prospects, evangelizing Spotify’s platform and explaining how Spotify’s audience can help their business;
- Be the first point of contact and explain to prospects how Spotify advertising solutions fit into a broad marketing mix and influence budget allocation.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish language skills;
- Proficient English communication skills;
- You love advertising and sales.
- You have 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing with a proven record of driving revenue while managing a pipeline of both leads and opportunities, ideally with an international agency background.
- Ability to multitask and remain focused in a dynamic environment;
- Team-oriented with a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic setting.
