Job Description
Manage KVI’s Global Mobility Programs, ensuring seamless execution across regions, including cost estimates, agreements, reporting, and documentation compliance with global mobility policies.
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (P&C, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, etc.) to support onboarding, lifecycle management, repatriation, and localization of assignments.
Coordinate with external providers for destination services, tax, immigration, and relocation support, ensuring high-quality service delivery within timelines and agreed service levels.
Lead the development and continuous improvement of global mobility policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and addressing emerging mobility challenges.
Provide expert guidance on global mobility, oversee compliance with tax, immigration, and labor laws, and manage financial aspects such as payroll, expenses, and invoice processing.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in HR Administration, preferably in Global Mobility or Expatriate Management.
Strong organizational skills, process-oriented, and able to work independently with high quality standards.
Interest in the industrial environment and adaptable to evolving needs.
Open-minded, trustworthy, discreet, and a collaborative team player.
Able to make independent decisions within defined parameters and contribute to departmental goals.
