About the Job

My Client is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join their dynamic creative team. In this role, you will lead their experienced in-house creative team to produce direct response video ads for various social media channels, including Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. You'll be working with some of the most talented creative performance marketers in the industry, who invest millions of dollars monthly in social media advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance-First Editing – My Client prioritizes creating ads that sell. You'll need the experience to tell compelling stories while weaving persuasive elements that capture, encourage, and motivate customers to act immediately.
• Creating Multiple Ad Variations for Media Optimization – Develop variations of the first 2-5 seconds to extend reach to new audience groups. Generate new "Thumb-Stops" and cut-downs for flexible and efficient testing.
• Continuous Learning and Growth – Understand the unique "native" look and feel of each media channel to optimize conversion metrics.

Requirements

• 5 - 10+ Years in Creative Marketing Agency or Internal Creative Department with a focus on paid media
• Technical Expertise – Complete understanding of post-production workflow
• Expert-level Adobe Suite (including After Effects & Photoshop)and Figma for static design work
• Bonus: Expert-level Cinema4D (or equivalent)
