About the Role:
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Director who can shape and guide our clients’ long-term and short-term content strategies across web and social media channels. You’ll work closely with a team of 2-4 content creators and designers, ensuring that every piece of content resonates with target audiences, aligns with each brand’s voice, and contributes to measurable growth.
In this role, you won’t just oversee the process—you’ll roll up your sleeves and write, edit, and refine content yourself. Your ability to jump between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution is critical. If you’re passionate about crypto, blockchain, and Web3, and you have a knack for turning complex ideas into engaging stories, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategize & Lead: Develop comprehensive content plans—both short and long-term—that position our clients as thought leaders in the crypto space.
- Manage a Team: Guide, mentor, and inspire a small team of content creators, ensuring that everyone’s work aligns with the strategic vision and meets high-quality standards.
- Hands-On Creation: Write and edit content yourself, from insightful blog posts to compelling social media copy, and ensure it’s ready to share with the world.
- Adapt & Innovate: Stay current with industry trends, experiment with new formats and platforms, and continuously refine your approach based on data and feedback.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years in content marketing, with at least some in crypto, Web3, or blockchain.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English, capable of crafting content that resonates across cultures.
- Expertise: You’re as comfortable writing long-form thought leadership pieces as you are crafting snappy social posts.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage small teams, provide constructive feedback, and inspire your crew to excel.
- Strategic Mindset: You know how to connect content tactics back to overarching brand and business goals, turning ideas into actionable plans.
