Job Overview

We seek an Experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Bridge International Consultancy and Migration Limited. This role supports our international student recruitment operations and ensures effective coordination with partner universities, colleges, and business associates.


The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to liaise with universities and their representatives, provide training on university course programs and admissions processes, and ensure compliance with UKVI policies. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing reports, and keeping the team updated on the latest recruitment policies, courses, and compliance requirements.

This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of international student recruitment processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools and CRM systems is essential for managing data and ensuring smooth administrative operations.



Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as the main point of contact with universities, colleges, and business partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless communication.
  2. Organize and deliver training sessions for B2B partners, regional sales teams, and branch offices on university programs, UKVI compliance, and recruitment processes.
  3. Ensure compliance with UKVI regulations and international recruitment policies, regularly updating the team and partners.
  4. Maintain and manage data on the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, regular follow-ups, and adherence to data protection standards.
  5. Oversee the end-to-end international student recruitment process, including application review, submission, and follow-up.
  6. Prepare and present detailed performance reports on recruitment, sales achievements, and market trends to the management team.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional materials with university guidelines and recruitment strategies.
  8. Coordinate and resolve partner and client inquiries, complaints, and challenges promptly and professionally.
  9. Utilize IT tools such as Microsoft Office 365 and online scheduling systems for efficient workflow management.
  10. Support the preparation of official documents, agreements, and administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
  11. Stay updated on changes in international education policies, visa guidelines, and compliance standards to ensure best practices.
  12. Participate in promotional events, webinars, and recruitment fairs to represent the company and attract prospective clients.



Requirements:


·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

·        A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales administration.

·        Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and CRM systems.

·        Strong understanding of international student recruitment processes, including applications and compliance requirements.

·        Familiarity with UKVI regulations and visa guidelines.

·        Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

·        Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

·        Proven problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges.

·        Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and external partners effectively.

·        Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Working hours for this position are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with one weekday off each week. Sometimes, you'll need to cover staff holidays during the midweek.

We offer 30 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), a workplace pension, and 3 days of sick pay following six months of service. Salary is paid monthly through PAYE.
