Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Salary: Up to $150,000 annually

Job Overview
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will define and execute the company’s technological vision, ensuring alignment with business goals. This role demands strategic oversight of tech development, innovation, and team leadership, emphasizing cybersecurity and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Shape and implement technology strategies that align with the company’s mission. Stay updated on emerging tech trends to drive innovation.
- Technology Development: Oversee deploying and scaling reliable, secure, and scalable systems and products.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs to ensure high-quality results in all technology initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, promoting collaboration and continuous learning.
- Business Focus: Partner with sales and marketing teams to enhance user experience and drive adoption of customer-centric technologies.
RequirementsMust-Have:
- 20+ years in software development, including 8+ years in a CTO or VP of Engineering role.
- Proven expertise in managing teams of 30+ members.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, SaaS, blockchain and AI.
- In-depth understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and system architecture.
- Track record of aligning tech strategies with business objectives.
- Fluent in English.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with blockchain and DevOps.
- Experience with agile development and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.
