We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join the team of our client and deliver high-quality network solutions and support, ensuring operational efficiency and effective incident management.

Details:

  • Start: 1.1.2025
  • End Date: 6 months (Full-time contract)
  • Work Type: Full Remote
  • Work Schedule: Full-time
  • Languages: Fluent in English
  • Technology: Cisco ACI, OSPF, BGP, Layer 3 Switching (Advanced)
  • Skill Area: Network Design and Management
  • Task Focus: Designing and implementing network solutions, managing incidents, and contributing to automation efforts.


You have:

  • Strong expertise in traditional routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and Layer 3 switching.
  • Proficiency in VLAN configuration, inter-VLAN routing, and Spanning Tree Protocol (STP).
  • Familiarity with Cisco ACI or similar SDDC technology, including its design and operational principles.
  • Experience automating network tasks using Ansible or Python.
  • Knowledge of APIs for automating configurations and monitoring in ACI and other interfaces.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network solutions based on specific project requirements.
  • Create detailed network designs and configure the required hardware and software.
  • Ensure the network infrastructure aligns with project needs.
  • Manage and resolve incidents from the regular queue, providing timely troubleshooting and resolutions.
  • Contribute to automation efforts by developing Ansible playbooks to streamline network management.
