Job Description

As a Machine Learning Engineer for their new SaaS initiative powered by LLMs, you will lead the planning, validation, and execution of product improvement strategies using machine learning. This role involves close collaboration with in-house product engineers, product managers, and researchers.

• Improve the accuracy of systems that structure various document types (e.g., HTML, PDF, PowerPoint) using NLP and image processing techniques.
• Construct training datasets for Vision Transformer (ViT)-based models and Vision-Language Models (VLM), as well as manage their training and evaluation.
• Validate and implement algorithms for query expansion, chunking, reranking, and answer generation.also sticking to creating the future with technologies that lead to true customer value.

Required Experiences/Skills

• Master’s degree in a science or engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as a machine learning engineer or researcher.
• Experience in service development using Python.
