Senior HR Operations Specialist in HUNGARY

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product/service effectiveness in markets through insights and feedback loops; manage deployment of new products and improve stakeholder satisfaction via demand prediction and issue resolution.
  • Oversee day-to-day P&C service execution (e.g., Payroll, Time & Attendance, Global Mobility) ensuring audit compliance and data integrity.
  • Monitor and adapt to changes in labor laws, maintaining compliant work rules in consultation with legal experts.
  • Provide local expertise on global programs (e.g., incentives, equity awards, compensation planning) and educate regional CoE to align practices. Offer professional guidance to Business Partners and Line Managers.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer demands to optimize service delivery and identify opportunities.
  • Act as Account Manager for P&ED product changes and major functional projects, ensuring adoption and success.


Specific Tasks:

  • Payroll Management: Handle annual tax activities, maternity/paternity leaves, monthly salary transfers, audits, and pension fund administration.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage documentation, agency temp administration, and employee transitions.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee cafeteria benefits, insurance policies, and relocation support.
  • Employee Relations: Support trade union activities, handle disciplinary cases, and update P&C guidelines.
  • Mobility: Provide local support for mobility cases.
  • Additional Duties: Vendor management, RIM coordination, policy translations, and project participation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in both English and Hungarian.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
