More about the role & team
The team will be working with a ticket queue and pickup minor and large sized tasks related to supported applications. Responsible for supporting, diagnosing and maintaining bespoke and enterprise level applications.
Design and deploy quality automated solutions to assist clients and internal teams to deliver requirements.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
You will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in the relayed field.
You will need Microsoft client and servers OS and applications, in depth knowledge of a Citrix environment.
Troubleshooting And Scripting Is ESSENTIAL.
You may have worked as a ‘IT Applications Administrator”, or 'Applications Support’.
