Job Description


This is a junior-level position, ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience who are eager to grow within the company while gaining exposure to diverse projects. Rather than focusing on a single specialization, you will have the opportunity to work across various areas, enabling you to understand their company philosophy and business operations comprehensively. They also provide structured training and mentorship to support your professional development and help you achieve your career goals within the organization.


As a Software Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing internal software solutions for entertainment device systems using programming languages such as Java, Python, C, and C++.
  • Creating database scripts using MS SQL.
  • Enhancing existing systems based on client feedback.
  • Customizing software to align with client environments.
  • Conducting software testing in controlled environments.
  • Installing and deploying software solutions for clients.
  • Analyzing and resolving software issues.
  • Migrating legacy systems to updated platforms.
  • Integrating internal systems with client systems.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.


Basic Requirements

  • Proficiency in coding with Java (experience with Python, C, or C++ is a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience with Java projects (academic, internship, or professional).
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural, cross-cultural environment.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, and ability to contribute collaboratively to team goals.
  • Ability to relocate to Japan for full-time employment (visa support will be provided).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher at the time of hire.
  • No Japanese language ability required, as English is the primary communication language.


Types of Projects You’ll Work On

  • Client software (GUI development, server API integration).
  • Server-side software (web interfaces, API development).
  • Database access software (writing SQL statements).

Experience with software for retail portals, ATMs, ticketing systems, or hotel reservation systems is a plus.

Basic Conditions
