The Senior / Recruiting Lead (U.S.) will be a strategic recruitment partner focused on engaging, activating, and placing top talent from GrowthAssistant's pipelines. This role will manage the day-to-day recruitment activities across all Philippines recruitment teams (and future talent markets). This Lead will build the talent Marketplace and active pipeline programs, tracking data on success and learnings to help achieve team target KPIs.
You will partner with leadership, the Talent and HR teams, and key cross-functional partners to understand challenges & processes, and identify & execute on opportunities for improvement. This role is remote, reporting to the Head of Talent, with quarterly travel required to St. Louis HQ (approximately one week per quarter).
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
Act as the strategic owner & bridge between sales and recruiting to promote top talent for current and/or future clients
Conduct Client Intakes with Account Management and Sales
Provide consultation to the sales team on client and role fit evaluation for GA offering
Serve as final interviewer and decision maker, maintaining high-quality standards for client placement
Drive and develop Pipeline and Marketplace programs, operationalizing success metrics to improve Time-to-fill and quality KPIs
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing to create campaigns that promote top talent and generate lead opportunities
Develop innovative strategies to leverage candidate supply to influence client demand
Work closely with other Recruiting Lead to collaborate on initiatives across the recruiting organization
Collaborate with Recruiting PM to implement and drive programs
Lead internal hiring initiatives across the US, Philippines, and other markets
Develop and implement employer branding strategy
Team Development & Operations
Lead daily KPIs and Stand Ups for Philippines-based teams
Drive team development through learning initiatives and performance management
Ensure data hygiene and process consistency across ATS (JazzHR) and PM Software (ClickUp)
Potential expansion into University Recruiting programs
Qualifications
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
Track record of developing and managing high-performing recruiter and sourcer teams
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced, growth organizations with demonstrated adaptability
Expertise in behavioral interviewing & recruiting strategy development and execution
Proven strategic business partnership experience, including idea generation and implementation
Experience owning business functions with accountability for goals and execution
Critical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset to drive change and gain stakeholder buy-in
Change management experience in startup environments
Proficiency in data analysis to inform hiring processes and decisions
Advanced knowledge of ATS systems as a super-user
Strong project management skills including prioritization, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines
Excellence in written & verbal communication
Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Proven success working 100% remote with distributed teams
