About the Company

As a leader in financial technology, they are hiring for their B2B SaaS Platform that automates and streamlines Accounting and HR Operations, comprised of many products under one brand.


Why are they hiring?

New service development is underway, as well as new feature development for their many existing products. There are still many challenges to overcome to improve the user experience of each product, especially where these multiple services connect with each other.


As a Lead Product Designer…

You’d work alongside product managers for multiple products and be involved in the entire design process: from user research and analysis, visualizing and organizing user issues and requirements, coming up with solutions, prototyping, and implementing the final UI design, with a big impact on the brand value and overall business!


There’s also the chance to work on other projects like streamlining the design workstyle within the design organization, or educating and training junior designers.


Leadership experience is not a requirement, so senior designers who would like to become leaders please feel free to apply!

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4+ Years Professional Experience in Web/Software/Mobile UIUX Design (B2B Experience is preferred but not required).
  • Experience creating design systems, deciding design guidelines, and creating new assets from scratch.
  • Business-level English for internal communication with engineering team, plus Conversational Japanese for cross-functional teams.
  • Permission to work in Japan is required for this position.
