Join Our Team as a DFT CAD Engineer

Be at the forefront of semiconductor innovation by advancing Design-for-Test (DFT) methodologies and flows to support leading-edge process nodes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, production testing, and yield analysis to enhance company-wide efficiencies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy automated flows and methodologies for DFT/DFX solutions.
  • Partner with SoC design, product, and test engineering teams to standardize DFT/ATPG methodologies across the organization.
  • Collaborate with EDA tool vendors to troubleshoot issues and drive innovative solutions.
  • Analyze and improve workflows to optimize test quality, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency in DFT processes.
  • Provide technical training and support to internal teams.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in DFT/DFD/DFX, or equivalent expertise in semiconductor fields.
  • Education: MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Core Skills: Proficiency in scan insertion, JTAG/IJTAG, Memory BIST, ATPG, fault simulation, and advanced DFT techniques such as silicon diagnostics, scan compression, and IO wrapping.
  • Coding: Hands-on experience with TCL, Python, Perl scripting, and a strong aptitude for debugging and analytical problem-solving.
  • Tools: Familiarity with industry-standard DFT tools (e.g., Siemens, Synopsys).
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SoC design, low-power systems, timing constraints, and complex clock structures.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, proactive ownership, and effective communication abilities.
