AI Developer with skills in OCV/Computer Vision / Contract

A Beauty brand house are looking for an AI Developer who has experience with Optical Character Recognition or Open Computer Vision.

You'll be involved in taking the final artwork file and using AI/computer vision to compare against the Delphic Adobe Illustrator file, PDF or other files such as excel, to ensure accuracy of text. The AI should allow us to select specific areas of text on each file to compare for accuracy, giving an accuracy % and highlighting any differences in seconds.

The AI should also refer to country specific regulations to ensure that all requirements are followed, such as mandatory logos are in place and text is the correct size.

Once samples are received, we will use photos and OCR to compare the physical label against the artwork file or copy grid.

Requirements:

• Accuracy above all else – if we can’t guarantee the accuracy of the AI, then there is no point using it.
• Work with text and images (I.e. trade logos)
• Input which territories a product will be sold in so the AI knows which regs it needs to check against.
• Easy to update countries/regs the AI refers to.
• Ideally web-app based that can be incorporated in PLM system
• Integrate with our web-based PLM system (product lifecycle management)

Applicants must have proven experience in a similar role, using AI tools for OCR or OCV.
