What We're Looking For
Our client, a Spain-based creative agency specializing in digital marketing for wine and spirits brands, is seeking an Art Director to lead creative projects and design visually compelling content across digital and print platforms. This role is essential for shaping on-brand, high-quality campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solid results.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee creative strategies, brand identities, and visual guidelines, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends
Manage projects and accounts, including timelines, budgets, and client communication, to deliver high-quality creative outcomes
Lead the design process from concept to delivery, contributing hands-on to the creation of impactful digital and print content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external freelancers to refine concepts and produce engaging, on-brand materials
Mentor and guide the design team, fostering innovation and maintaining top-tier creative standards
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field preferred
5+ years in graphic design or art direction, preferably in an agency setting
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Figma) and Canva
Strong design skills, collaborative mindset, and leadership abilities
Familiarity with FMCG or beverage industry design, bilingual skills, and an international mindset are a plus
