Job Opportunity: Part-Time Graphic Designer (3 Days Per Week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Deliver high-quality visual assets for websites, social media platforms, digital campaigns, events, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Brand Development: Partner with external contractors to enhance the company's website design and optimise the user experience.
  • Motion Graphics: Produce video content, animations, and motion graphics to communicate complex ideas and captivate target audiences.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity that aligns with business goals and resonates with prospects and customers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Refine and elevate visual content to maintain high standards and engagement across all channels.


About You

The ideal candidate will have a diverse design portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of brand management.


Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage and enhance brand identity across multiple platforms.
  • Experience designing for B2B audiences is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in key design tools such as Figma, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and at all levels of seniority.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commercial mindset to create content that engages and resonates with target audiences.
