Developing and configuring appropriate technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform using best practices and ServiceNow standards;
Developing new projects and implement business processes including reporting, test automation, mobility and asset management (Requirement Analysis, Design and Implementation);
Reporting technical problems and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences;
Monitoring health, usage and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform and its applications;
Maintaining the operations manuals and other technical documents;
Contributing to the optimization of support services and processes.
In order to succeed, you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
Very good knowledge and experience of JavaScript, Angular JS, Ajax, HTML, CSS is desired;
Basic IT knowledge (network, databases, application servers, web services, distributed systems);
Ideally at least +1 year of professional experience in Web development;
Eager to learn ServiceNow platform and application development;
Strong analytical skills paired with a strong service and customer orientation;
Initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks;
Implementation of a variety of modules (IT Service Management, Asset Management and Project, and Portfolio Management) enabling a better experience for employees and users and transform the way work is done.
