Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior Java Developer with AWS experience to join our consulting services team. As a key member of our development team, you will work closely with our clients to design, implement, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Java and AWS services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define, design, and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions using Java and AWS technologies.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Optimize and refactor existing codebase for improved performance and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Work closely with clients' product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Java and AWS development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency in AWS SDKs and tools for Java.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud formation and deployment automation.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles preferred.

Salary Range:

• Starting $65,000 - $90,000 USD per annum (commensurate with experience)
