Role Overview:We are looking for a Knowledge Base Manager to take ownership of KnowledgeCity’s internal and external knowledge bases. In this role, you will ensure that all resources are accurate, well-organized, and accessible, empowering both customers and internal teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content, improve the user experience, and support the company’s mission to provide innovative learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Knowledge Base Development: Build, organize, and maintain KnowledgeCity’s knowledge base, ensuring that content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing teams to develop new resources based on customer needs and product updates.
- User Experience: Optimize the knowledge base’s structure and layout to enhance usability and accessibility for both internal and external users.
- Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze feedback from users to refine the knowledge base and align it with evolving requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training for internal teams on effectively using and contributing to the knowledge base.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze usage metrics to assess the knowledge base’s effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:Experience
- Proven experience in managing knowledge bases, technical writing, or content management.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain high-quality knowledge resources.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and user experience (UX) design principles.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise content.
- Proficiency with knowledge management tools and content management systems (CMS).
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, for effective communication with clients and partners.
