Join us in shaping the future of software development and machine learning operations (MLOps)! As the Head of ML Platform & Developer Productivity, you'll lead five teams that empower nearly 2,000 engineers and scientists. Your mission is to ensure they have the tools, processes, and infrastructure to build, test, and deploy software and ML models quickly and safely.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire five teams to optimize the entire software development and ML lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment and monitoring.
• Define and implement productivity initiatives that enable teams to experiment, iterate, and deliver quality solutions efficiently.
• Oversee tools and systems that support engineering and ML teams, serving hundreds of delivery teams and handling thousands of weekly deployments to AWS.
• Collaborate with leadership, product teams, and stakeholders to shape the future of internal engineering tools and processes.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence, supporting fast, reliable delivery and minimizing disruptions.

About You:

• 8+ years in software engineering or applied machine learning, including 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Proven experience delivering scalable solutions for machine learning and software development at an enterprise level.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps practices, tools, and techniques.
• Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to driving alignment across teams.
• Background in AI, ML, computer science, or data science. A PhD is a bonus but not required.
• Track record of attracting and nurturing exceptional talent.
