Define and implement user experience (UX) strategies that balance user intent, business needs, and platform performance, while continuously optimizing both web and mobile experiences.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, to shape the UX vision, establish product roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business goals and functional requirements.
Advocate for new technologies and methods, lead UX research, set design standards, and utilize metrics to inform user-centered design decisions across multiple platforms.
Oversee UX design execution, integrating digital platforms, resolving design challenges, and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
3-5+ years of hands-on experience with UX best practices, mobile design, web design, and requirements management within the B2C industry.
Knowledge of digital commerce
Skilled in Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Portfolio outlining UX expertise and examples is required
