YOUR OPPORTUNITY

You'll lead a pod managing 5 of our close cooperation B2B clients through the entire delivery lifecycle - from onboarding through ongoing execution. Working directly with your SDR, VA, and a Marketing Specialist, you'll ensure flawless delivery of lead generation campaigns while removing operational burden from the executive team.


You will work hands on in marketing. You will be expected to very deeply understand our clients and be able to execute key tasks on your own. 


KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITES


You will have 4 key responsibilities in our business:


1] Project & Team Leadership

  • Drive daily operations across your pod's client portfolio
  • Remove obstacles that slow down campaign execution
  • Make fast, data-driven decisions to keep campaigns on track
  • Hold team members accountable for their deliverables
  • Spot potential issues before they affect client results
  • Ensure every team member knows their priorities each day


2] Client Success & Communication

  • Own the end-to-end client experience
  • Ensure campaigns align with client expectations and goals
  • Lead weekly client meetings to review campaign progress
  • Turn client requirements into clear campaign plans
  • Respond to client questions within 2 hours
  • Keep clients updated on campaign performance and next steps
  • Turn client feedback into actionable improvements
  • Maintain 100% client retention through excellent delivery


3] Process & Operations

  • QA all deliverables before client presentation
  • Create and update project plans daily
  • Monitor resource allocation across campaigns
  • Maintain high standards across all campaign elements
  • Create clear systems that help the team work faster
  • Document what works so it can be repeated
  • Find and fix bottlenecks in our delivery process
  • Build processes that scale as we add more clients
  • Keep everything organized in our project management tools


4] Daily Execution

  • Review and update all client project plans
  • Check campaign performance metrics
  • Clear all client communication channels by EOD
  • Complete daily reports and updates
  • Escalate wins and issues to executive team
  • Ensure all tasks are properly tracked and assigned


DAILY PRIORITIES

  • Run pod standup to align team priorities
  • Review and update all client project plans
  • QA deliverables and campaign performance
  • Clear all Slack channels and communication
  • Complete required reporting and updates
  • Solve any blocking issues


WEEKLY PRIORITIES

  • Lead client meetings and progress reviews
  • Create next week's plan for each client
  • Check in with clients for additional support needs
  • Update account reports for executive team
  • Communicate key milestones and achievements


We need someone who thrives on creating order from chaos while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You should understand lead generation well enough to spot issues, but your superpower should be making complex projects run smoothly. REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in professional English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience within marketing agency / digital marketing / online space, with a demonstrated track-record.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and people management capabilities with a history of professional success.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Lead Generation, Advertising, B2B Sales, marketing operations, funnels, customer success…
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of self-management.


COMPENSATION


Pay:

  • R40,000 - R70,000 ZAR/month (depending on experience and track record)
  • Additional percentage % of revenue compensation based on exceptional performance and relative to value you bring the organisation
  • Specifics discussed in the interview process
